STRENGTHS: Ivo focuses on practical use of magick and abilities, especially when it comes to Chaos Magick. He is wonderful at balancing the consequences of Chaos Magick, especially when it comes to making the terms of any deal. He encourages his companion to put work out themselves and primarily works on furthering the energies they manifest into being. In his words, everything comes with a price, especially if you intend on taking the 'easy way' for any step of your work.
PERSONALITY: While he does understand and respect the human moral compass, he doesn't follow it. He is a firm, blunt companion who is quick to offer his opinion, even if he isn't asked for it. He views humanity as somewhat helpless, as he sees humans doing stupid and reckless things regularly. He is open to philosophical conversation and debates, though his silver tongue is difficult to counter sometimes. He considers himself aggravating, often striving to be the more annoying voice in the back of your head, as it were. But ultimately, he's an interesting companion to hold a conversation with.
APPEARANCE: In his hound form, he is a large, lanky hound with a pure black coat. His fur is sleek, mostly clinging to his thin body. His build is reminiscent of a great dane, though his head's shape is closer to a wolf. In his humanoid form, he is a tall, slender man. He has a very pale alabaster complexion, red-tinted freckles over his nose and cheeks. His hair is the same pure black as it is in his hound form, coming to his chin in messy waves and often falling into his dark red eyes. He often wears a black turtleneck with black slacks, accessorizing with a silver chain hooked on the belt loops just behind his hips and draping across his front. He sometimes wears red suspenders, but this is a more rare accessory. He mostly wears black oxfords or boat shoes.

The Crossroads hold special meanings across cultures and local tales. They are a place of meeting, of magick and offerings. There is always some significance to a meet in pathways, and often symbolizes a choice in your journey. There is an unending sequence of doorways associated with the Crossroads.
The Hounds watch over the Crossroads of our realm. They come from different cultures, some working with deities associated with the magicks of their Crossroads. They embody the choices and magickal opportunity within each Crossroads, presenting different pathways that you could decide upon for yourself.
They are often associated with shadow work, as they are known to unlock hidden desires and potential. In the past, they were able to grant wonderful power in exchange for a great price, but these days aren’t so inclined. While many of them still enjoy a good gamble or Faustian Deal to pass the time, they have agreed not to offer such contracts to their keepers or anyone associated with their keeper.
Crossroads Hounds are known to draw in fortune when you put forth effort, and tend to exercise their influence over others at their discretion.
